Hurricane Camille Memorial

Yesterday, my buddy-hubby and I went to Hurricane Camille Memorial. This historic site is located in Biloxi, Mississippi . If you will visit the casino hotels in Biloxi, try to visit this historic site and get to know a little bit of the history of this memorial.

It was in 1969 that the gulf coast was hit by a category 5 hurricane and Biloxi was a direct hit. The damage was so devastating in fact, this place tried to rise from this calamity but then, Katrina came in 1995.  Despite natures angry blow, some people don't want to leave this beautiful place. Imagine a beach with white sand with so many birds flying in flock like this. Sunrise and sunset is awesome and inspiring! But for me, I really don't wanna be living in this place during Hurricane season. When I look up the sky during rainy day, it scares me already. Maybe because I read too much of disasters in connection to this place history.
