Dreaming A Dream House

I know, this is a very expensive house but, I dream to own one of this kind of property. Huge garage, elegant living room to entertain my family and friends, huge bedroom with a walk-in closet to entertain myself with my collection of apparel, a bathroom with a private sauna, a jacuzzi and a bath tub , a big kitchen and a dining area and so much more. I could go on dreaming my dream house over and over again. Isn't it inspiring to have a dream once in awhile? Isn't it nice to live a house like this? After work, you come home and be pampered by the comfy of your own house? Well, this house is actually my dream house in Las Vegas located in Southern Highlands Real Estate. This community has easy freeway access for those who frequently commute to Southern California. In addition, the Strip and McCarran Airport are less than 10 minutes away. There is another community called Seven Hills Las Vegas that I like, because the architectural design of the houses are Tuscan influence creating the feel of being in Italy. The community has over 1292 acres with 3183 of the building already been completed. The population of this community is projected to reach 8200 when completed. If you live in this area, you will enjoy your hobbies like hiking and biking in the community park and in the wide open spaces. The location is very convenient. One of the amenities of Seven Hills is the Rio Secco golf course which features the Butch Harmon school of golf.

The Spanish Hills Real Estate is also a very beautiful community to live. The grounds are beautifully maintained with mature trees and lots of green grass. My hubby and I went to the seaside part of Ocean Springs and this is the view. They said that the right area were once stood houses but, all wiped out by Hurricane Katrina. Some owner of this land rebuild their houses and I will share it with you sometime.

Family Bonding

It's Mary's birthday last Tuesday but we celebrated it last Saturday so everybody could come. The most important guest on that day is my father-in-law. We are really glad that he finally decided to go with us. I am the only "coffee" in the picture...LOL!This is really what happened before the first picture was taken. After lunch, some decided to go out to enjoy the sun and the cool air. They were looking at the pond, fish watching. Then, the photo above was just an impromptu picture taking. The good thing was, the background is their house.

Car Matters

My husband has an old mechanic and every time we ask his services, he always had a lousy job. His rate was also higher than others but because he is a family friend, we manage to just hang on. But then, we came to a breaking point that he charged us $300 for a new air conditioning unit to our Geo Tracker. The fact was, our car needs only a freon that costs only $50. Right now, we found a new auto glass company that employ professional glass technicians and have an expert mechanic that really understand what we really need for our car.
