My Saints Jersey

If you visit the casinos every Sundays and Mondays, you will notice that the employees are wearing NFL Jerseys. This is the Jersey which my husband bought for me as a surprise. Both my husband and my father-in-law are fans of New Orleans-SAINTS. That is the reason why I have an NFL Saints Jersey.
Look at the price of the original Jersey below. This is a Reebok brand and made to the exact specifications of the National Football League. I never thought that Jerseys are so expensive. I look at eBay prices of Jersey and some of the original Jersey priced as high as $109. I was glad that I got this for free, thanks to my husband. I will never spent this amount for a t- shirt. I guess I am not that extravagant huh!

Crabbing Activity

This is the crab net that we used when we go crabbing. At the bottom of the net, we tied the regular chicken or turkey neck as bait. So far, we only caught one crab each time we pulled it up. We check every 10 minutes though. Each person is allowed to bring six crab nets for crabbing. If you use more than six crab nets, you need to get a fishing license.
The best activities if you live near the beach are fishing and crabbing. If you get lucky, you will get more than five dozens in few hours. The old house of my father-in-law was the best property so far because he got his own private Pier. He can go crabbing whenever he wants and he used "crab traps". He sold that property after Hurricane Katrina damaged the property as high as the rooftop.
The picture above is already cook blue crabs. We were lucky because we caught more than a dozen crabs in three hours using 10 crab nets. On that day, we caught huge crabs too. You need to throw the crabs back into the water if the crabs are small or if the crabs are bearing babies.
How to distinguished Male and female blue crabs? Look at their "aprons" or their abdomens. Male crabs have a long and narrow apron while mature female crabs have a wide and rounded apron. To remember, if the apron looks like the Washington Monument, the crab is male and if like the U.S. Capitol, it is female. Pretty clever huh?

The Halloween Party Experience

The Halloween celebration I had last year was a blast! My husband and I were invited to a Surprise Wedding Ceremony in a Halloween setting. I never heard anyone who would choose Halloween as their wedding preference. The only request of the couple was to wear a Halloween costume. I wore this witch hat and see-through plastic mask having a thick eyebrow and blood design on it. If you are looking for a Halloween costume, visit halloweenadventure.com. Buy Halloween Costumes Online or in a Halloween Store Near You and make your Halloween celebration fun and exciting.I thought my costume was scary but, look at the picture of the couple's costume below. They wore thick make up and the costumes look so real. While the guests were busy, the couple stands on the terrace area on the second floor and announced to everyone gathered on the poolside. Everyone looks up and the wedding ceremony began as the notary person took over the moment. The highlight of the ceremony was when they took the wedding ring on the hand of the skeleton on their side. The guests were excited and everybody was amazed of the entire setting. The ceremony lasted for 20 minutes and that was the coolest Halloween party I ever had.
How about you? Please visit the link provided here and vote for my story in Jack's Quest. It would be fun if you could join the contest too. Have a wonderful Halloween this year.

Brad Pitt: Hair Style

This is not the kind of hairstyle that I like for men but, for Brad Pitt, I gave it a consideration. He look so handsome as always. I like the messy part of his hair that added a cool and confident look. Well, he is a celebrity that is why he looks so gorgeous. This is one of my favorite pictures of Brad Pitt.

As Tired As These Animals

My week had gone smoothly and fruitful. But, I was so tired. Have you ever experienced working 8 hours straight from 11:00 PM up to 7:30 in the morning? Yes, my first time to have this kind of working schedule. I thought I won't last another day really. The PERSEVERANCE and POSITIVE WORKMANSHIP has kept me going. As of the present, I am enjoying this work. But, I can only express my tiredness in these lovely animals.

You are Energetic and Bright

I woke up so tired today. Maybe because I slept more than 8 hours. After we ate in a Chinese Restaurant yesterday, I went to bed early. I thought I would wake up at dawn but didn't. I miss the beach so; we will have a crabbing activity today. That is good for me because I miss the daylight. Meryl is right, graveyard shift is a zombie work, LOL. Guess what, the picture below is an Inkblot which reminds me of the artwork of my class. The result of the quiz amazed me.

I answered a little quiz from blogthings.com to keep me awake and got this result: You are Energetic and Bright
You view people with optimism. You have many meaningful relationships in your life.

You had more conflict with your father than your mother. Your relationship with him was healthy but challenging.

You deal with stress in an effective and competent matter. You are able to remain calm.

You are a natural multitasker. You enjoy being busy, even if the amount of things you need to do is overwhelming.

My Amazing Nephews

When my nephews were still infants, I borrowed them for sleep over in my place. Usually, I will have them during Fridays after work and have them home on a Sunday after Church. My mother and I took care of them most weekends. The youngest is now 8 years old and the eldest is 9. I talk to them using Yahoo IM's and they have so much to share especially about school activities. The youngest belong to the Science Class and his grades are 90's and above. I wanted him to maintain or aim higher yet, he complain already, LOL. He asked me if I will be satisfied if he will only get a third honor but, I firmly said NO! I need a 95 above grades so; he can maintain in the science class up to 6th grade, LOL. He gave me a SIGH! Hahaha.
The eldest has no problem at all. He got an excellent grades and more focus than the youngest. He is very behaved yet, super hyper. He is an ADHD but, presently enrolled in a private school with normal and ordinary children his age. He can read before he reach the age of ONE. That is why, we realized he is different. He is so amazing to know the number names such an early age with out formal lesson. He watched TV though. He love to watch talk show and commentaries. Normally, kids love cartoons right? He seldom likes them. He likes encyclopedia and readers digest that is why he loves to visit my place because of my book collections. I missed them even if we talk most of the time.

* I love HIGH-HEELED shoes, woman "normally" wear this right? Glad I belong to this gender, hehehe.

* It's an advantage for me beacause when I am surrounded with men, they are over-protective of me coz I am a woman. (grinning)

* I can wear LONG HAIR, i know other gender can but, its ironic for others.

* I can BEAR A CHILD, though I still don't have but, I am capable of having.

Paidpost For A Cause

Last Sept.12, I got an offer from Sponsored Reviews for BEYOND PHOTOGRAPHY blog. It was my biggest amount offered in that company and I had so much fun writing about picjoke.com. Little did I know that today, I shall donate the amount for a GOOD CAUSE. And GLAD that I did.
We all have problems and sometimes we think that the WORLD is crushing us into pieces. Yet, if we try to look around, our burden might not be as heavy compared to them. We need to open our eyes to humble ourselves and show COMPASSION to others. I am saying this because, at this moment, a parent is begging for HELP!

If you have that amount right now, please donate and let us SAVE a 5 month old baby. Click the link and leave your $3, it matters to Daniel and his parents. I did my share, what's yours?

The Prayer: Madrigal Singers

The first time that I heard this song was with Josh Groban's version. Here is the version sung by the Madrigal Singers from the Philippines. I longed to hear and watched them perform live on stage.

I pray you'll be our eyes
And watch us where we go
And help us to be wise
In times when we don't know

Let this be our prayer
As we go our way
Lead us to a place
Guide us with your Grace
To a place where we'll be safe
La luce che tu dai

I pray we'll find your light
Nel cuore restera
And hold it in our hearts
A ricordarci che
When stars go out each night
L'eterna stella sei
Nella mia preghiera
Let this be our prayer
Quanta fede c'e
When shadows fill our day
Lead us to a place
Guide us with your grace

Give us faith so we'll be safe.
Sogniamo un mondo senza piu violenza

Un mondo di giustizia e di speranza
Ognuno dia la mano al suo vicino
Simbolo di pace e di fraternita

La forza che ci dai
We ask that life be kind
E'il desiderio che
And watch us from above
Ognuno trovi amore
We hope each soul will find
Intorno e dentro a se
Another soul to love

Let this be our prayer
Let this be our prayer
Just like every child
Just like every child

Needs to find a place,
Guide us with your grace
Give us faith so we'll be safe
E la fede che
Hai acceso in noi
Sento che ci salvera

One Voice

Earlier today, I was watching the Fox News covering the PEOPLE protesting the Health Care plan of Obama Administration. They were in Washington D.C. with posters on hand. I hope the present administration will start to listen the VOICE of this grassroots. If President Obama will keep on ignoring this "small" crowd, he will wake up one day and realized that he is a ONE TERM President only. It will take ONE VOICE to knock his legacy down.

Just One Voice,
Singing in the darkness,
All it takes is One Voice,
Singing so they hear what's on your mind,
And when you look around you'll find
There's more than

One Voice,
Singing in the darkness,
Joining with your One Voice,
Each and every note another octave,
Hands are joined and fears unlocked,
If only

One Voice
Would start it on its own,
We need just One Voice facing the unknown,
And then that One Voice would never be alone,
It takes that One Voice.

It takes that One Voice.

Just One Voice
Singing in the darkness,
All it takes is One Voice,
Shout it out and let it ring.

Just One Voice,
It takes that One Voice,
And everyone will sing!

Filipino Victims of September 11

For eight years, I have been wondering how many Filipinos died in the 9/11 tragedy. Specifically, I was curious who died in WORLD TRADE CENTER. I hope people in the world will not forget that these people lost their lives in an untimely death. I believe that the terrorists are responsible for this tragedy. These victims need JUSTICE.
All the captions found below are from LEGACY.COM Website. Please visit the site to know the names of the other victims. GOD BLESS AMERICA and MABUHAY ANG BAYANING PILIPINO. They are the unsung heroes.

Grace Alegre-Cua, 40, Glen Rock, N.J.
Grace Alegre and Ildefons Cua found romance at the south tower. They have two children, Nicole, 13, and Patrick, 9. She works at Chuo Mitsui Trust & Banking Company for 14 years. "She was very smart," he said, "but I couldn't hire her. I don't know if we were in love right away, but I was interested because of her beauty and sweetness."

Cesar A. Alviar, 60, Bloomfield, N.J.

His wife always drove Mr. Alviar to the bus station in Bloomfield so, he could get to his job as an accountant at Marsh & McLennan on the 94th floor of World Trade Center-1 . "He always kissed me before he got out," she said. But on Sept. 11, he hesitated after the kiss. "It was like he wanted to say something, but because I was rushing, I just said goodbye."

Marlyn C. Bautista, 46, Iselin, N.J.
She was a born organizer works in the accounts payable department and liked to get there early "just to get things started" and stay late "to make sure everything was finished all right," her husband said. "That was her style, always making sure everything was in its place." Mrs. Bautista helped sponsor a town festival in Dagupan, in her native Philippines.

Days after the attacks, fellow passengers from Marlyn Bautista's Metro Park Loop bus came looking for her. They had been riding the bus with her for nearly five years and didn't know exactly where she lived, said Rameses, "so they went house to house trying to find her." He said it was a comfort to have them at her memorial service. "I've been trying to tell myself I'm tough," said Rameses. "But sometimes when I'm alone, it hits me."

Cecile M. Caguicla, 55, Boonton, N.J.

She had emigrated from the Philippines in 1975, was an Assistant Vice-President in the corporate accounting department at Marsh & McLennan. After parting on Sept. 11 from her best friend Maria Luciano, Ms. Caguicla went to Mass, as was her daily custom. Then she went to the 98th floor of One World Trade Center, where the first hijacked plane struck her office. Ms. Caguicla and 20 colleagues were killed in the attack, Luciano said.

Born in the Philippines, graduated from Saint Paul's College in Manila. With her accountant's training, she moved to San Francisco and then to Astoria, Queens, in 1975. In 1989, she and Luciano bought the ranch house in Boonton on a one-acre lot. On weekends, Ms. Caguicla tried her hand at cooking or she would indulge her gift for drying and arranging hydrangeas and other flowers.

One day this summer, she got so many compliments on the sunflower arrangement she created for her desk that she brought bouquets for the rest of the office, Luciano said. Ms. Caguicla was also extremely private. "I didn't know her age until now. I didn't know her salary. I didn't know she was an assistant vice president," said Ms. Luciano. "I only knew when she was named employee of the year." Also surviving are five sisters, Nita C. Cruz of Boonton Township, Mercy C. Chavez, Luli C. Rodriguez, Chona C. Soriano, Gerie C. Raña and her brother, Ricky M. Caguicla. Profile by Rebecca Goldsmith published in THE STAR-LEDGER.

Jayceryll M. de Chavez, 24, Carteret, N.J.
He was smart but soft-spoken. He worked as an assistant to the portfolio manager at Fiduciary Trust, a job that his parents said he loved, in Tower 2. He just passed the first level of a test to become a financial analyst. He was eager to take a review class for the next level next month. He had been at the top of his class from elementary school through Rutgers, where he studied finance and economics. He was at his desk on the 95th floor of the South Tower early on the morning of Sept. 11.

Benilda Pascua Domingo, 37, New York, N.Y.
When her visa came through, she brought the three children Daryl,Yvonne and Lucki Angel to America. She planned to return to Laoag City to marry Mr. Gabriel, father of his children and bring him over to the US too. She left the two younger children with her parents in Hawaii, and took the eldest with her to New York. She found work with an office-cleaning company. "She was so proud that she was hired at the W.T.C.," her sister- in-law recalled by telephone from Canada.

Ramon Grijalvo, 58
An employee of Empire Blue Cross and Blue Shield.

Frederick Kuo, 53, Great Neck, N.Y.

At the Community Church of Great Neck, he was always at the center of everything. His parents had also been active there and so he just grew up with it. His contributions ranged from helping to set up for services to giving occasional readings to arranging for members to get there, even when it meant enlisting his children or driving them himself.
Frederick, whose mother is Filipino and whose father is Chinese, was right there to help bridge the gap. The church merged with a Chinese congregation, to bring new young members into its aging congregation. His mother is a Filipino and his father is Chinese.

Arnold A. Lim, 28, New York, N.Y.
He was an analyst with Fiduciary Trust Company International who had promised his mother that he would be married by the time he turned 30. He was close to making good on his pledge. He was engaged to be married to his girlfriend of seven years, Michelle Leung, and her family gave an engagement party for the couple two weeks before the attack on the World Trade Center, where Mr. Lim worked.

Jorge Lim, the eldest son, said that because he was almost 10 years older than Arnold, their relationship was often more like father and son. "I remember changing his diaper, cleaning up after him," Jorge said. "I would take him everywhere. I remember the first time that he went to kindergarten, everyone had fun because I was the one who used to go on a lot of school field trips with him. One of his classmates remembered that there was always an older person going to these trips with Arnold. They used to think I was a parent."

Manuel L. Lopez, 54, Jersey City, N.J.
He was vice president of the federal tax department at Marsh & McLennan in 1 World Trade Center and likes to tend the big garden he and his wife had in Jersey City. The backyard plot bore beans, tomatoes, mustard greens, the last an important ingredient in sinigang, a tangy soup of Mr. Lopez's native Philippines.

He like vegetables, he was crazy about gadgets and electronics too. DVD players, laser discs, cameras ‹ "Everything that came out, he had to be the first to get it," said his daughter, Minnie Morison. "We have five or six televisions and there's only three bedrooms in this house."

He often trawled the Internet in search of hot deals. "There was this DeWalt drill that kept being auctioned on uBid," his daughter said. "He wanted it so bad, but he was stubborn and he was always outbid. I was like, `Why don't you just go to Sears and buy it, and I'll pay the difference? "A couple days after the World Trade Center, a drill showed up in the mail. It was really weird for us and No one's opened it."

Moments after arriving at work on the 98th floor of Tower One of the World Trade Center on Sept. 11, he called his wife, Rosalia, to go over some details of their remodeling project. Ten minutes after he hung up, the first jet struck the World Trade Center. His wife, hearing the news on the radio, tried to call back, but she was not able to get through to him. In addition to his wife, daughter and son, Mr. Lopez also is survived by two sisters, Jovita "Betty" Lozano of New York and Avelina Cabal; and two brothers, Geronimo Montero and Benjamin Montero, all of the Philippines; and other relatives.

Carl Allen Peralta, 37, New York, N.Y.
He was a broker with Cantor Fitzgerald.

Rufino Conrado F. (Roy) Santos, 37, New York, N.Y.

David Marc Sullins, 30, New York, N.Y.

He was a used car salesman, and for fun, he liked tooling around on motorcycles with a bunch of friends who called themselves the Lost Boyz, after the characters in "Peter Pan," the ones who never wanted to grow up.

By 1995, though, David Marc Sullins thought he ought to do more with his life. So he signed up for night school at Queensborough Community College and at the age of 24 began a new chapter as a paramedic, said his wife, Evelyn.

The work was strenuous but worth it, Mr. Sullins told his wife, who recalls that he was soon packing Matchbox cars and Barbie figurines in his trauma bag to calm the children in his care. One 5-year-old whom he had brought to St. Vincent's with stomach pains was so enamored that when she spotted him later at the hospital, she handed him a lollipop from her pocket.

Another fringe benefit was his ability to work double shifts on Mondays and Tuesdays so that he could have the next three days and alternate weekends off to be with his sons Julian, 4, and Christian, nearly 2. On Sept. 11, Mr. Sullins's ambulance sped from Cabrini Medical Center to the trade center. Colleagues say he made at least three trips to local hospitals with injured people he had pulled from the buildings before he re-entered the south tower moments before it collapsed.

Hilario Soriano (Larry) Sumaya, 42, New York, N.Y.

Hewas a technology manager at Marsh & McLennan. His friends and family had a lot of names for him. Like Phil, short for Filipino, his ethnicity. Or Horatio, because Hilario was the first name on his birth certificate. Or Gooch and Clem, for reasons no one can quite recall. Then there was, um, Christie. He got that one after showing up on the slopes wearing a black-and-pink skiing outfit. Unfortunately for Mr. Sumaya, the color scheme was a tad too unisex. "There was a nice-looking girl wearing the same jacket," said Bob Sitar, a friend and fellow member of Mr. Sumaya's ski club. "It was pretty funny, and we teased him about it."

But the good-natured Mr. Sumaya, took the kidding in stride, always ready to tackle the steep fast curves of the mountain, the rolling greens of the golf course, the waves of the Jersey Shore, the social currents of big-city bachelor life. "He was always smiling, very outgoing," said his sister Charito LeBlanc. Mrs. LeBlanc and her husband, Joseph, miss him the most on Sundays, because that was the day Mr. Sumaya would spend time at their home near his in Staten Island, watching sports, smoking a cigar in the backyard, firing up the barbecue.

Hector Tamayo, 51, New York, N.Y.

He was a civil engineer, he was working in 2 World Trade Center on Sept. 11. He loved to sing: Engelbert Humperdinck and Elton John, country music and campfire favorites. At home in Holliswood, Queens, he had a karaoke machine with thousands of songs. "He had a lot of friends, most of them are relatives, and on Friday nights and Saturday nights and sometimes weeknights they would drink together and sing together," said his sister-in-law, Sylvia Mercene.

Many of those relatives lived with Mr. Tamayo at some point, because he opened his house to family and friends when they came to the United States from Aklan province in the Philippines, as he had in 1980. "As a joke we call his house the Ellis Island," Ms. Mercene said. Five of his six siblings are now in the United States, as are his wife, Evelyn, and their two children, Ian, 20, and Pamela, 16.

Remembering the Brave Firemen

Today, we still mourn for those victims of 2001-9/11. As I watched the news on Fox News, I choked when A Filipina shared the life story of her love-one. There were many lives lost, family shaken and the tragedy impacted each of our lives. May we not forget this event in our lifetime.
GOD BLESS AMERICA!

Investment for Life

Cord Blood Banking is not new to us especially if we read the news online or watch TV. For me, this is an investment for life because it preserves something that can eventually save the life of your child or family. Suze Orman story probably inspired expectant mothers to invest in cord blood banking and make it a financial priority. She is a believer in stem cell research. She also provides financial advice to parents who are reluctant for financial reasons yet, very interested for their child's future. If you are interested to enroll your baby's cord blood and Cryo-Cell services, please visit cryo-cell.com. You can also avail their current offers and you will have more positive insights why this is the best decision you will ever make for your baby. For more information, visit the Website today or you may call them at 1-800-786-7235.

Break Break Break

I need to take a break from my book now. I am so sleepy and my mind is tired of remembering the tax terminology. Dang! I am like a high school student wining for my student task, hahaha. Anyway, thanks for the well-wishers. I hope I will do good in my quiz tonight. Be seeing you in your blogs soon.

Bungee Jumping Hobby

Do you have a hobby? I just love to listen to music and watch TV. Pretty funny huh? I just want to be safe and will not even dare a crazy stunt that would break my bones. I am talking about those people who were featured in truTV which is my favorite show. The "trying-hard" stunt men had broken arms and shattered jaws by doing some acrobatic stunts on skate boarding. My reaction when I am watching the compiled truTV video was horrifying. I feel so sorry for them too and amazed how they survive the brutality of their experience. Now, watch this video and tell me what you think?

This is a scary experience and when I watch this video, I screamed at the top of my lungs. My husband sometimes covers my mouth teasingly. This man survives from this ordeal though. This is a vacation turned badly because of circumstances. This video reminds us that accident does happen anytime. Choose a hobby that is safe and do not take risky activities. After all, we are credited with only ONE LIFE. I am inviting you to watch tru TV. Watch it with caution though because this is not only reality but, actuality.

Quick Visit For Today

How am I today? I am doing great and I am busy with my school actually. I took up a Tax Course and it will wrap up before the tax season starts in January. Our book is as thick as 3 inches and we have to cover all of the pages for less than 80 hours. We are still on the fourth week now and I am doing well. We will have our first quiz today, so I better detach myself from blogging for few hours. Doing my quick visit to your blogs now. See y'all after class.

The Unforgettable Summer Experience

When our cousin Cathy and her family visited Missouri last May, she had so much fun staying in Branson. For her, the experience was unforgettable because she was with her daughter's family She gets the chance to play with her grandchildren and she had so much fun at Silver Dollar City.

Silver Dollar City is a family-friendly theme park. It is the best vacation destination in Missouri. My cousin told me that she and the kids took a fun ride in The Ladybugs, Lost River of the Ozarks and Magnificent Wave Carousel. They also witnessed the World Fest which is an international event that showcases the different cultures.

The children had an educational learning out of that vacation. I can really see the excitement in my cousin's eye. The experience was truly worth remembering for. If you plan to visit Branson, check out Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing and Hilton Branson Convention Center Hotel which is located at the heart of everything.

If you ask me, I would definitely stay in Hilton because of the amenities and the perfect location. I can access to shops, boutiques, restaurants and the river walk anytime I want. Vacation would really be fun in Branson. Please check out the Website and book these hotels.

Loboc River in Bohol

This picture was taken in Bohol when my husband visited the Philippines for the first time. We stayed there for two nights only because I had to return for work by Monday. Anyway, on the makeshift barge were local entertainers who played native music and native dances.
When you visit Bohol, make sure you include in your itenerary the Loboc river cruise. You will surely love the view along the river banks. While enjoying the lunch on board of the town’s native floating restaurants, music will also fills the entire route. The motorized bancas and the floating restaurants took us upstreams passing by tropical flora and this group of locals. They entertained our group with local music and local dances.

Paid Online Surveys

If we stay at home most of the time and have our internet connection, we have this drive to earn cash online. Base on personal experience, I have this motivation and been doing this for almost two years now. I am not an expert and I consider myself a newbie on making money online. But, what I earn right now is doubled than my regular paycheck working 8 hours/day. There is money online and that is for sure. There are so many ways to earn money online such as joining paid survey sites, giving your opinion on products and making a referral program.

If you become a member, you will be invited to participate in an online survey. You can share your opinion about the products and you will earn reward points. Favorite: Tyra Banks

Tyra Banks is my favorite model. I like her wit and the way she look at things. She is not perfect, she has her own flaw but, she tried to make it better each time. Celebrities are subject to criticism and she is not exempted. As famous as she is right now, she is still being ridiculed. I admire her perseverance to accomplish the things she wanted in life despite the odds. I saw her interview tonight and I couldn't help but, admire her more. By the way, I do watch the America's Top Model and Tyra Bank's Show. How about you?
There are people in this world who are so righteous. What would you do if you encounter one?

Boomtown Casino in Biloxi, Mississippi

Happy Labor Day to all the American Workers. Today, my husband and I decided to visit Boomtown Casino in Biloxi, Mississippi because last week, we've been here to check what's the good news if I get my players card. We just have our lunch in the Isle of Capri and drive here to play.

This is the entrance of the casino, actually the right side view of the entrance. Located just nearby IP Hotel and Casino in the city of Biloxi. This city has so many casinos and hotel. This place is famous for that.

There are so many guests and tourists today because it is a holiday. The good thing about this casino is that, thereareso many locals too. It looks like a Chinese Building, definitely not new and it sits on a giant barge.
Yes! The barge is just sitting on the Back Bay of Biloxi. The old Grand Hotel sits on the barge too but, was totally damage by the hurricane. I guess, this one survived with minor repairs.
I did take pictures at the side of this Casino, overlooking the sea but, I do not know what happen. My PC failed to download it. I will just take some photos next time.

We parked on the other side of the road because the main parking lot is full. This casino is so crowded which means, business is good here.
The front view of the casino and as you can see, the architectural design is preserve this way.

Accross the casino is this bomtown signage made of green bush. Very nice to look at and well maintained.

This is the view from the extension parking lot accross the casino. We will frequent ourselves here soon. Just 12 minutes away from my Father-in-law's place.

Samantha's Meme for Thunking on a Saturday

I got this meme from Cecile, a good friend who always remember to visit me :) as much as she can. I always attempt to join some meme but, I never had it successful. Now, since this is very nice to share, I would like to acknowlege the author Samantha for doing this beautiful meme. Thumbs up girl. I know this is for Saturday post but, I might as well, break a bit of the rules.

1. You are walking down a rainy road. There is a five hundred dollar bill on the road. You look around and except for someone a half block away, you are alone. You naturally pick up the bill and put it away. That person approaching stops and says, "I saw you pick up that money. It's mine." You ask how much it was. She yells, "Are you calling me a liar?" What do you do?

I will keep the money until he can prove to me the exact amount. This reminded me of a real situation encountered by my student back home. He gave the money to the person because he was harrassed. My mother on the other occassion saw 1000 peso bill, the only man near her just passing by and did not saw her though. She picked up the money and we went inside the Department Store. We waited on the adjascent glass door to see if someone might be looking for the money. We waited 3 hours but, no one came on that area. So, it was a blessing I would say.

2. If I were to inspect your guest bathroom, how would I find it?

If you will inspect today, MY LUCK lol. I just clean it up because we had a party.

3. You are given a state of the art bow and arrow. Who or what is your first target (after a lesson or two)?

Burglar probably hehehe.

4. The doorbell rings. The person at the door is wearing a raincoat and you know them. They flash you and are completely naked. Other than your S/O, who would you think would it would be and would guess you'd find that funny? Why do you guess that person and would you laugh or be pissed off?

I would difinitely be so PISSED OFF.

5. What do you call a male Ladybug?

I keep hearing this question over and over again but, can't seem to recall the answer. LOL, would you mind telling me the answer?

6. Your friends throw you a party. They've got a big national music star to come and perform. It is someone you detest. Do you make believe you like the songs or do you fess up and get the star out of the party?

I can tolerate it anyway.

7. What's your favorite breed of wild, mean attack dogs?

Hmmm...

8. If I called your high school guidance counselor, what would they say about you?

"Oh, I remember Amy, the girl who is very studious. She will fulfill her dreams because she has the perseverance to reach her dreams."

9. Car A is moving at 63 miles an hour. 4 people are in the Car A. Car B is moving at 22 miles an hour. There is a driver and passenger who just came from a hotel while cheating on their spouses in Car B. They will crash into each other in exactly 3.5 minutes. What are your fun plans for this Labor day Weekend while these six people meet a brutal and gruesome death?

Wooo! That is really scary. Hmmm...I will be at home blogging, nothing special really. We did have our get-together today so, I will just stay home with my hubby.

About the 6 people, I will pray for their safety really. I do not wish them to die a horrible death even if they sinned. Happy Labor Day Everyone and please BE SAFE and DRIVE SAFELY
!

The Bride

I just want to share this picture of the bride. She is my sister-in-law, the new member of our family. This picture was taken on the wedding day of course and I would say, they must have hired a professional photographer. This is just one of the many pictures that I like.

Slatwall Products

I love to go to the mall and do my favorite activity, window shopping. I am attracted to the merchant that display systematic arrangements of their products. There are many stores in the mall that use slatwall hooks. The picture below is called slat wall face-outs used by so many boutiques in the mall. The design of this slat wall material can save space and easy to flip by the customers. Usually, this is a very common thing used when displaying handbags, backpacks, luggage and those items containing straps. This is very easy to use and can easily hook onto slat wall. If you visit mfriedfixtures.com, this item is available in black, white, and chrome. It contains 5 hooks that help the boutique owner organize the display of her products.
Using this product, it can make a small space huge because the item will be displayed in certain area by the wall. Since it is designed as slanting from top to bottom, customers can easily see what they want without messing the display. It will look presentable, systematic and pleasing to the eyes by the window shoppers. If you are planning to buy this product, just visit the Website and you can order it online.

The Wedding Gown

Here is the Wedding gown of my sister-in-law who just got married last July. I am so thrilled to see the design of her gown because it is not entirely white. I like the detail and the open design at the back. This is the kind of gown that I can wear in comfort.

Wedding Cake Decor: Motorcycle Rider

This is the decor at the top of the wedding cake of my brother's Wedding last July. As you can see in the last post, I shared the couple's entrance in the reception area where they rode on their motorcycle too. I find it unique and when I saw this, I was fascinated with the theme. Well, the wedding was a blast and everyone had a great time.

Wedding Reception: The Entrance

Our youngest brother got married last July and Marife & I were absent on their wedding celebration. As of this month, my sister in law is pregnant for 5 weeks. That would mean one thing, I have to double time to have a baby too. LOL! Anyway, I would like to share with you the unique Entrance of the couple on their Wedding Reception. This motorcycle is part of their relationship and witnessed of their love. What a unique idea to have this kind of entrance huh. Congratulations and More blessings to both of you!
