Loboc River in Bohol

This picture was taken in Bohol when my husband visited the Philippines for the first time. We stayed there for two nights only because I had to return for work by Monday. Anyway, on the makeshift barge were local entertainers who played native music and native dances.
When you visit Bohol, make sure you include in your itenerary the Loboc river cruise. You will surely love the view along the river banks. While enjoying the lunch on board of the town’s native floating restaurants, music will also fills the entire route. The motorized bancas and the floating restaurants took us upstreams passing by tropical flora and this group of locals. They entertained our group with local music and local dances.
