Of all the many products that I received for review purposes, this yoga mat is one of my favorites simply because it exceeded my expectation. From packaging to the quality of the product, I am just thrilled to have it. Impressive packaging got me really. The Yoga Mat

This is my second yoga mat and I chose the color blue because it is the symbol for peace and relaxation. I need that symbol to reflect on me. Once in a while I do yoga poses and meditation especially when I am down and feeling low. Yoga makes me relax and when I do yoga,  it has become my stress reliever. When this product arrived, I used it right away. I can tell that the product is made of quality material. I like the fact that this product is latex-free and a SGS approved. One feature that I really like is the two-sided feature which make it so unique compared to my first yoga mat. The other side holds excellent on the floor and the other side is for me to do my yoga meditation poses. This yoga mat stays in place from the beginning of my yoga activity to the end.

This yoga mat is very soft because it is made of premium 1/4 memory foam. I really like this mat. I have a wonderful time using this. When I step on it, my feet seemed to sink in and bounced. I love the texture too.

The size is great! This is probably a jumbo because I have all the spaces that I need for my stretching. Also, this yoga mat is odor-free and free from toxins. I love that.

Zumba Classes or Not

You know what keeps me curious these past few weeks? Whether I can survive the zumba dance classes here. I wanted to enroll but, my dilemma is too strong. I can do it but, what if I can't? Or, what if my dance moves are awkward. You know one of my lowest grades in college is not Biology, Taxation or History ... it's PE, short for Physical Education with a C grade because I can't move my body in Debbie Gibson's "Electric Youth " LOL. Awkward huh?

Anyway, I have zumba fitness dvd and tried it. I love it! I just do not know if I can do the same performance once I am in a group. The idea that I am the "weakest link" makes me chicken, LOL. Oh well, maybe I won't enroll hahaha.

Yoga Fitness to Stay Fit

Who doesn't want a flat belly anyway? I stay at home and I love to eat which are great recipes to gain weight and get a belly fat. To counter that, I exercise regularly plain and simple. I don't go to a gym because I rely on the fitness CD at home.

A friend asked me if it works and I told her that it does. If I am consistent to my goal, all I have to do is do the workout regularly. I bought an inexpensive treadmill for the abs which is so easy to use. I also bought the best yoga mats here as well as yoga workout CD.

The yoga fitness is hard to follow but, I am trying my best each time I play it. I am not getting any younger so; I should stay fit to get a healthy body.
