Day One by Franklin Covey Laptop Tote

On Thursday, we will travel to Biloxi Mississippi to see the Mardi Gras parades of two places. There will be a night parade on Friday and the other one on Sunday afternoon. This is also a business trip because I will be working online and blog about the events. When I travel, I usually bring my working PC, my iPad2 and my Netbook. I need a computer tote bag that will fit my 15.6 PC and found this.I love it! It has so many compartments that I can use for my cellphone, camera, chargers, and both iPad and Netbook. This tote bag is just perfect for all my gadgets! Anyway, my hubby and I were able to book a car rental despite the Daytona 500 activity here in Florida. We do not want to put more mileage to our car and though we have Roadside Assistance, it is still safe to rent a car for road trips. We were able to booked an SUV for comfort, the Ford Escape.

The Safari of my IPAD2 was Frozen

When it comes to problems relating to gadgets and technology, I am not well-rounded. In fact, I have no formal training with computers. The irony is that I work online. So, every time I encountered problems, I have to ask help from my brother overseas or, refer to the manual. Just a while ago, the Safari of my iPad2 was frozen and I do not know what caused it. I surf online and look for a thread with same problem as I have. I was so thankful to find three options:
1.) I open the SETTINGS and click on the SAFARI. I did try clearing the data in my Safari's cache, cookies, and history but, not successful. Every actions I made, it won't move.

2.) Then, I tried closing the Safari completely and then re-open it. I did click the home screen, double-click the home button to bring up the task bar. I press and hold any apps on the task bar until they start shaking, press Safari app to close it. I also followed to touch any part of the screen above the task bar so as to stop the shaking and close the task bar. Not a good help.

3.)The third option is a reset so, I press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for few seconds and ignore the red slider. The Apple logo appeared and it closes the screen. I read that I will not lose any content so, I tried the last option. It works fine! I was so relieved! This option is the reboot for iPad2.

My iPad2 works fine! I hope you can fix yours easy. Good Luck!

HTC HD2

This is HTC HD2 phone that we used for our business calls. I like it alright because it's like a PC on my pocket so; when I'm off from PC at home, I used this to browse the Internet while on the go! I can check emails, watch movies that I download and listen to Pandora. Oh I should mention that the movie is really clear, and the sound is great! This particular HTC HD2 has 576MB of RAM, a huge contributing factor which is like my first desktop computer back home. A phone which is so handy, it is like having a pc in your pocket indeed! Very cool and I highly recommend it!

Problem Problem Problem

I woke up so late and I missed the scheduled chat with my mother. She usually wake me up at 8 AM thru SMS message. It was 11 AM that I finally open my PC. I was so alarmed again because I can not open my FIREFOX with this problem

"the procedure entry point NSS_Get Algorithm Policy could not be located in the dynamic link library nssutil3.dll"

I never had a computer subject in College. I learn through hands-only. So, my solution: I delete the Firefox and I am using Explorer now.

I am planning to use the Google Chrome soon. I hope everything will be okay.

Acer Blue - Aspire One

My husband bought this new Mini Netbook PC. This is an Acer- Aspire One brand and color Blue with 10.1" screen. It is easy to assemble, Intel Atom Processor, 1GB Memory, 160GB Hard Drive, 3 Cell Battery and it has a Windows XP software.

The first PC that we ordered online is an HP but the software used was Linux and we didn't know it. Since he is so used to Windows XP, we just exchange it to Acer-Aspire One. It is really the best. The built-in webcam is clear, the video conferencing and chat is excellent. My hubby loves it. Oh by the way, the original price is only $338.00 in Walmart. Guess what? We actually pay $248 + tax and we got a rebate from the original price. If you have time to visit some Walmart stores in your area, you can get a good deal, lower than this amount. We need this because we travel most of the time, it is light to carry and it is easy to hook up using WiFi. Highly Recommended product. These are the key features:

• Intel Atom Processor N270
• Operating at 512KB L2 cache, 1.60GHz, 533MHz FSB
• 512MB onboard memory and a 512MB SODIMM slot
• With a multi-in-one card reader and SD card reader
• 10.1" WSVGA (1024 x 600), Acer CrystalBrite Technology
• Bright and easy to read
• Three-cell battery (2.5 hour battery life)
• Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950
• 10/100 LAN
