My Sweet #GuineaPig

When hubby and I went to a pet store about 3 weeks ago, I have a purpose of buying a #Parakeet bird. When I was checking on the bird cages, the store have few birds on display and none was a Parakeet. We decided to leave but my husband saw two cute guinea pigs in the cage. I don't like pets that look like rats at all but, I find the two guinea pigs .... oh super cute!

The two have long and curly hair and when they tried to shake their body, the hair swirl and I swear, they look like tiny puppy. Well, not the facial outline though LOL. They are huge guinea pigs. My husband adore the two male guinea pigs so; I end up spending almost $200 for the guinea pigs, fence and food. I told him, these two boys will be his birthday gift.

I am working whole day and 5x a week so; these two boys are good companion for him. This is Mr. Trump, think about Mr. Trump's hair LOL! Next post, I will show to you how cute Maverick is. We just have him check to a vet last week because of the red spots around his eye. We left him there for 3 days but, he is home now. Do you have pets too? What are they? Wanting to Have an Exotic Fish

They are so pretty isn't it? Last week,  a friend showed pictures of her 7 babies. To my surprise, she was talking about her pets. They are beautiful birds and I adore them. I told her that I want to own an African Prey or fishes such as the cuties below.

They are so adorable and look at the colors, they are so gorgeous. I will show you next time the baby pet of our renter. Oh my goodness, the African Prey is the cutest and smart too. Now I am torn between two pets. What do you think? Fish or bird?

Smart Dogs

Every morning, our neighbor would walk out her two huge dogs around the neighborhood. She put them on leash for safety. It's her way of doing daily exercise too and it works well on her because she stays fit. Every time she walks by our yard and we are there, she chats a little bit with us.

 

Usually, she would share about how safe our neighborhood is and talks about her precious dogs. She plans to buy a wireless electric dog fence for security reason. She loves them too much and she doesn't want them to escape her property again.

 

It happens once and nobody is in the house. Her smart dogs didn't go too far though and when they arrived home, their dogs are waiting for them outside the front door. 

Having Bird or Fish as Pets

I always wanted to have a pet but; my preference would be either bird or fish. They are so tiny, colorful, cute and of course harmless. When hubby and I happen to pass by a pet shop, I would always go to the area of fish tanks. I like angel fish especially the emperor and annularis. Their colors are amazing so; even if they are expensive pets, it might be worth it. Flame angelfish and flame hawkish are also beautiful and I love their deep brilliant red body. Of course, I will always buy a clown fish because it is pretty, adorable and the price is really affordable.

I have no idea if I am good in taking care of pets and keeping aquarium fish but, I have been contemplating to keep fish in the aquarium as a hobby. I like having fish as my pet and when I am ready to buy them, I will make sure that I won't hurt them. Honestly, I do not see so much selection of pet birds in the pet shop here most especially parrots. I like their playful nature, beautiful colors and they can learn to talk too. It would be awesome to teach the parrot how to talk so; there will be inter-action between us. Of course, they are not harmless and tiny so; it's easy to take care of them too.

Just yesterday, we went to a pet shop nearby and I almost want to buy a 5.5 gallon aquarium starter kit. I know it is very tiny but, if I can maintain a small aquarium and keep it clean then, I can go on and buy a bigger aquarium soon enough. I do not want to be overwhelmed with taking care of the fish, feeding it and maintain the cleanliness of the aquarium for I do not have an extra time for that.
