Sliced Swiss Cheese

Just the other day, I posted a picture of a glass of red wine, prosciutto, sliced strawberry and cheese, my Italian snacks for the day. Though I am not a big fan of eating cheese, there are certain types of cheeses that I craved for once in a while. When it comes to snacking a swiss burger, I prefer the sliced swiss cheese. I like to savor the cheese that melts in a sandwich. Do you like quesadilla? OMG! That is so yummy. When I was working in a gaming establishment in Mississippi, we have a personal chef in our break room. We were served with free hot lunches. Oh I miss that. When the chef saw me in queue, she knew that I want more cheese in my sandwich. She even gave me a lecture on what type of cheeses is best for certain foods. We have variety of cheeses to choose from. Half of it, I can't even remember LOL. Swiss cheese is easy to recall because it became my favorite from then on.
In our grocery list, Sargento swiss cheese is in it and I personally like the cheese in this brand. Did you know that this company is a family owned business? "Sargento is a family-owned cheese company dedicated to enhancing long-term stakeholder value. Sustained by an insatiable winning spirit, we are guided by our faith in God" , and these statements of values and purpose of the company made me more loyal to their products. Who wouldn't anyway?

How about you? If you are planning to make a meal, check out the recipes with Swiss cheese in the link provided above. The following recipes are the best: Baby Swiss Monte Cristo, Bacon Chive and Cheese, Asparagus Quiche, Alfredo Potatoes, and Baked Onion Soups.
