Hair is Our Crowning Glory

I bet you've heard the saying, "The eyes are the window of your soul" which for some reasons have complex meaning but, boils down to individual interpretation. Each of our lives is directed as to how we see life. When I was little, my mom would say, "look at me in the eyes if you are telling the truth" and if I did lie, it's harder not to blink. Have you got that moment when people look you in the eye as if they are really looking into the depths of your soul? You would feel discomfort for sure. Another saying that is popular as I grow up is, "The hair is your crowning glory".

I have long jet black wavy hair and as I recall, it was only one time in my life that mom cut my hair short. It was a terrible day of my life as a child and mom had a hard time consoling me. That incident ceased her from deciding of my hair style preference (wink). I am Oriental so; my hair grows faster than other ethnic groups. I admit that depending on the condition of my hair, I feel beautiful and sometimes, I have a bad hair day. I don't like hot and humid days as my hair becomes frizzy and unmanageable. For speed remedies, thank goodness that I found some accessible tips shared online. I learned that my hair does not need to wash daily. The chemicals applied on my hair, the heat and friction, diet, hair care, and climate are among the factors that affect hair growth.

All of us needed to look good for it boost our self-confidence and it feels great to be beautiful. Since our hair is the crowning glory, we should maintain a healthy diet, proper hair care, and apply the tips provided by reputable hairstylists. Most of all eat nutritious food for a healthy lifestyle.
