Sweet Treats and Yummy Sweet Tooth Cravings

Today, I am in the mood to write my favorite sweet treats. As I have said before, I don't have sweet tooth. But, when I crave for something, I would go for it for few hours or days then; I am good for the rest of the week or month. This is Cheesecake and it has 14 varieties. I bought this cake at my favorite Wholesale Club: BJ's. This is Cheesecake Sampler Collection is made so delicious by Wellsley Farms. When I visit the frozen breakfast aisle at Walmart, the Toaster Strudel from Pillsbury is all I need. Oh my goodness, this goodies are really good. A 5 year old cousin introduced this goodies to me. Affordable, delicious and though it is a frozen product, the taste is like fresh from the oven. I do cook and bake in my kitchen so; when I crave of good foodies back home and there is no way that I can buy it here? I experiment and I got lucky with my Moist Banana Cake.It is so good and one of the favorite treats that my hubby loves to eat. The snacks that you see here is my afternoon snacks aboard Norwegian Sky Cruise Ship. Travel and food? Of course they go together. I remember the taste but, I don't remember the name. My coffee always has cream and it is so good. Most Americans love Cracker Barrel and wherever we may go in the US, we always find this Old Country Store and Restaurant. I love their store and if you are looking for your favorite childhood candy? You will definitely find it here. They have seasonal display of charming decors for Mardi Gras, Halloween, Fall, Christmas and more. Dining and a little shopping at Cracker Barrel? Delightful! This is a Breakfast Sampler and it has Low-Fat Vanilla Yogurt, Seasonal Fruit topped with Honey Oat Granola mix of Almonds and fresh fruit. I ordered Apple Bran Muffin and two sunny side eggs. Oh yeah, I ate a lot! It is very obvious that I love love love cheesecake huh? In Biloxi Mississippi, hubby and I dine a lot as in everyday. There are at least 9 casinos in the area and they offer unbelievable buffet in great prices. How affordable? You can dine at Hard Rock, Isle, IP, Boomtown, Treasure Bay, Palace and Beau Rivage for less than $10 and that includes seafood. Amazing huh? In Hard Rock, Isle and Beau Rivage, they have specials and when you dine during special day? You pay 50% off, how's that? Well, because I ate the regular food, I can only eat a slice of cheesecake at the end of the meal. Last but not the least, this is Teramisu from Olive Garden. This is a classic Italian dessert in creamy custard and espresso-soaked ladyfingers. Did you enjoy the yummy treats that you see in here? Hard Rock Buffet in Biloxi

This is Hard Rock in Biloxi, Mississippi, one of my favorite places to dine and hang out. When we live in Mississippi, I was also working on a night shift in one of the casinos in the area. I went home at 7AM so, cooking for breakfast was not my routine. We usually eat in the Palace or Beau Rivage for breakfast, I then took a nap, and wakes up for lunch at HardRock or the Isle. It's about 5 minutes drive from our home. Went home to take few hours of sleep after lunch then in the evening, we will have fine dining in one of the restaurants in the city. We eat out a lot! The food in the casino is always affordable.How affordable? If you visit HardRock every Wednesdays and Fridays before 6 PM, it's less than $9/person. It's a half price if you avail an early bird in other days. Food trip in Mississippi is totally great!

Hard Rock: 40th Birth Day Celebration

Hard Rock in Tampa is celebrating it's 40th birthday and with that, comes the "40-Days that Rock" theme starting May 18-June 26, 2011. This week, I saw their memorabilia featured in the news such as the skateboard of Justin Beiber and guitars of famous musicians. With that, I remembered the pictures which I took at Hard Rock Biloxi in Mississippi. Here they are: I love Hard Rock! I have been to Hard Rock Biloxi in Mississippi and I like their memorabilia display. When stars and musicians visited any Hard Rock, they usually leave a footprint such as costumes, musical instruments, and many more. The picture below is Madonna's long gown which she wore in one of her famous videos.
Hard Rock's wall decor is fantastic! It truly rocks your world especially if you are a music fanatic. The picture below is one of the slot machines when you are heading to the casino. On the right side wall, you can see the art picture display of The Beatles.

Here is showing you the front desk area when guests arrived to check in the Hard Rock Hotel. It was crowded but, I refrain from taking pictures with the guests. I respect their privacy :-)

This area will lead to the check in counter and the casino. The big wall of glass will allow you to see the pool area and the adjacent Hotel of Beau Rivage. Both have casinos and wonderful buffets with awesome food, FYI. Anyway, when you look out that window, you can also have a nice view of the Gulf.

Oh I miss this place. Hard Rock Tampa is about 2 hours drive from where I live. Two of my friends wants to visit the place and play in the casino. I will schedule for us to visit Hard Rock Tampa to join and enjoy the 40th celebration. I will post pictures soon. Hoping you enjoy the pictures though it's blurry:-)

Satisfaction Buffet in Hard Rock Biloxi

We went out to Hard Rock Biloxi earlier for a lunch out. Johnny, Kathy, Emily, Ron and I dine in at Hard Rock's Satisfaction Buffet. The food is extremely great and the ambiance is wonderful. Emily is about 4 years old and she is charge FREE. Since today is Wednesday, we only pay 50% of the amount. Talking about good deal? Visit Hard Rock in Biloxi every Wednesdays and Fridays, and dine in at Satisfaction Buffet for $6 (lunch); Breakfast $5 and dinner $9. Add a tax of course. This is my first plate, lol. This is just my choice of food. You can choose Asian, Grill, Salads, Seafoods, Pasta and many more. For this day, I just need to eat sweet potato, fish fillet, mac and cheese, roll, corn, pork rib and fries.

What I have here is a crunchy chicken leg, shrimp salad, spaghetti with white sauce and a macaroni salad. Now, I am hungry again, hehehe. My dessert? Forgot to take pictures because I gobble it faster, oppss..lol.

If you travel in Highway 90 in the Gulf Coast of Mississippi, drop by at Hard Rock and enjoy your meals at Satisfaction Buffet.

Hard Rock in Biloxi

Right after the concert last Saturday, me and my niece waited for my husband to pick me up. I will be reporting for work at 11:00 that night so; I need to change for my work uniform. Weekends are the busiest night in all the casino in Biloxi, Mississippi. As far as I can count, there are 8 big casinos in this city located with in 5 miles. That is just an estimate. You can have casino hopping in all of them in an hour.

Hard Rock in Biloxi is located in Highway 90 and just beside Beau Rivage hotel and Casino. The back view of Hard Rock is the Gulf Coast of Mississippi. Here are few pictures which I took few months ago.

We waited at the lobby of Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. On my left, the reception desk and the picture above is the first casino machine at the entrance of Casino.
Here is my niece after the concert. If you are standing near the glass wall, you can have the view of the poolside below and the Beau Rivage Hotel and Casino is just next to this building.
The concert goers heading out from the casino area. Well, if you visit Mississippi and you happen to drive along the Gulf Coast or Highway 90, drop by at Hard Rock. If you travel by Wednesdays or Fridays, get your players card (minute transactions) and avail the lunch/dinner buffet at $6/$9 per person. In Mississippi, food is great and SEAFOODS are cheap and festive!

Motorcycle On Display

What an innovative design. Love it!

Hard Rock Casino In Biloxi : Costumes On Display

I have been posting the wonderful frames decorated on the walls of HardRock and they are memorabilia of Hollywood Artists. I already posted guitars and some other things. And now, I am posting few of the artists costumes, pant suit, gown, blazer and others. Enjoy! This is Justin Timberlake's attire. We went to Hard Rock Casino in Biloxi, Mississipi last Wednesday to have a Buffet at Satisfaction, a casual dining. The price of their lunch buffet is 12.99 but, when you are a member of their gamers club, then you can get a 50% discount every Wednesday and Friday. What a lovely treat right?

Another pedestal of Elton John's "gown" LOL...this is actually a costume and amazingly extend to floor length. A 1973 wardrobe creation. It is really huge pedestal facing the entrance of Casino.

I just saw it in my song magazine back home and love this moment. After all, this hotel is just 15 minutes away from my place.

Hard Rock Casino In Biloxi : The Guitars On Display

These are the guitars on display in the Hard Rock Casino in Biloxi, Mississippi. These guitars were from these artists who left a memorabilia after their performances in this Hotel. Kris Kristofferson is the artist that sang: Help Me Make It Through The Night. I like that guitar too. Now, if you love to sing-along, click that song and you will hear the music.

The guitar of Bee Gees maybe simple as it looks but, you heard their numerous hit songs on the radio. I personally like How Deep Is Your Love, Too Much Heaven, To Love Somebody ,Woman In Love and Words. Joan Osborne is the artist that sang What If God Is One Of Us. I bet you heard that song.

Hard Rock Casino In Biloxi

These are the display inside the lobby of Hard Rock, Biloxi, Mississippi. All you can see here are paraphernalia donated by the Hollywood Stars who stayed in the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.
I saw the items belonging to Van Halen, Los Lobos , Bon Jovi and many more.
Each display were from Hollywood artists.

Hard Rock Casino In Biloxi, MS

I just got home from Hard Rock Casino. My hubby and I visited Biloxi, Mississippi just to unwind and play the slot machines.I noticed the nice decors on the wall, so I take pictures of the guitars, gowns, dresses and so may other things which the Hollywood stars left for display in Hard Rock.
That is our cousin, we hang out with him too specially when we go to Casino to play and Hotels to eat buffet.
That is the white gown of Madonna and beside it is Elton John's. I will be back to take a good picture of each of those display and share it with you guys.
