Seattle #Seahawks: #SuperBowl XLV111 Champion

We are not fan of either Seahawks or Broncos but, since we like Manning, we were hoping that Broncos will win. Oppsies! What a disaster performance they had during #SuperbowlXLV111. They never recovered.

I have friends who are Seahawks fans and my goodness, they are so overwhelmed with joy. That means, the fans of Broncos were crushed to the ground in total disbelief. Well, there is always a loser and winner to every game. Let us congratulate the Seahawks for a well-deserved win. Their defense is extraordinary and they deserved to be the Champion of the Super Bowl XLV111.

Enjoying KFC on NFL Sunday

How was your Football Sunday everyone? I bet it was a blast especially if you invited your friends for #NFL watching in your home. I remember when hubby and I were in Mississippi, three of us in the house seemed like a dozen cheering for Saints.

Here in Florida, they showed Tampa Buccaneers vs New York Jets so; we weren't able to view the game of New Orleans Saints vs Atlanta Falcon, the latter lost the game though. Hubby was excited to know that next week, Saints vs Buccaneers will play so; it will be aired in our local channel. Exciting!

We had an exciting Football Sunday at home and thank goodness for KFC. I don't have to prepare for lunch and dinner. What have you got? What team is your favorite? Thanks for stopping by.

Manti Te'o was Catfished

If you think that I am talking about the bottom-dwelling fish then, you are wrong. "Catfished" is a colloquial word that became sensationalized in the Internet referring to the hoax love affair of Manti Te'o. The word means being tricked into or being deceived with romantic feelings.

Manti Teo is a linebacker at the University of Notre Dame and one of the most decorated collegiate football players of all time. The story about his dead girlfriend is all lies, complex and cruel.

This week, he tweeted this: "No one can make you feel inferior without your consent!" -Eleanor Roosevelt

I can only sigh. I believed in him when he said he is the victim. Bizarre as it may seem but, it is a reality and it could happen even to smart people. You may call him stupid, gullible, naive but, we all are when we are in-love.

How could you be in-love with someone you did not even meet in person? Good question but then again, we disregard all possible flag signs when our heart speaks because we are blinded with our strong feelings.

The hoax arises so many philosophical arguments and we all disagree with our reasons because our minds are fixed. It is hard to understand the many “why’s” about his catfished story but, for me he is the victim.

Dancing With the Stars Winner Season 12

Hines Ward is a wide receiver playing for NFL Pittsburgh Steelers, voted as MVP for Super Bowl XL, born to an African Father and a Korean Mother. He said, growing up is hard since black people doesn't like him coz his mother is Korean and white people doesn't like him too coz he is black. But, when he started playing football that turn his life to a better direction. Sports bring him to the limelight but, who would have thought he can dance? Last Monday, Kym and Hines dance a Quickstep called "Puttin' On The Ritz" which they scored 29, a Freestyle dance titled "Dancing Machine" and "I Want You Back", a perfect score by the three judges. The last performance also garnered a perfect score which is a Samba dance called "Fantasy". May 24, 2011, the voting viewers agree to the judges decision, Hines and Kym - Winner for the 12th Season of Dancing with the Stars.
Hines can dance perfectly! Being black or Asian is out of the picture! Hines is Good! When Kym had that accident during their rehearsal, he said, "he doesn't care about winning at all, he cares about Kym's safety". He was worried of her condition! With that honesty, that my friend I call....good person;-) He cried on the show, he laugh, he smile, my goodness this man can move mountains, LOL! Congratulations Hines Ward, you are an inspiration!
