Cover Letter For I-485

I know a lot of women out there specially my "kababayan" are searching for a sample Cover Letter for I-485 Application for Adjustment of Status. Now, this will vary according to your visa application. And since I entered as K1 or Fiancee Visa, this is how I make my Cover Letter. I hope it will help you. You can add more proofs with it if you want to. As long as it is relevant to your application. If you have some questions regarding "HOW TO" in filing fiancee visa, I am not an expert but, I can help you with that.

  3. Jess Sophia- i never heard about bond hearing as a requirement for I-485 application in K1. So far, the community website which I am a member of never encountered such requirement. I will research on that and find the reason why somebody would need a bond hearing. Thank you for the information though. Come by next time okay.

  6. majca_14,
you can send a CLEAR photocopy of W2's and paystubs...or receipts...but,if they asked for original, they will emphasized it anyway... so, photocopy (b&w/colored) is alright....goodluck!

  7. GLENDA,
If you are referring to A# in Part 1-Information about you in Form l-485, check your last NOA form l-797 usually it is the # above your name...Goodluck :-)
