Paintball

  3. Ams, mao lagi, taas akong blood sugar, mao to mag insulin ko; wa man effect akong tambal uy. Na wa man ko mahimo. Sige lang mag execise lagi ko ug diet.

    Ikaw ha ayaw lang ignore imong headache kay nah, akong mama na stroke man kay naa siya high BP; sige siya imon tambal, di man to naga epekto.

    Mao ra na, bag o man ko na diagnoze ug kidney disease, sige gud labad akong ulo, nah taas kaayo akong bp...kay di man mao sa akong idad.

    Ayaw sagdi kay seryoso nga health problem na. dili man ta ka ginadadlok uy, concern lang ko sa imo dear kay na importante man ka sa akoa. So amping sa imong lawas ug kaugalingon dear, kay lisod na ana...pareha ta badlungon man ko; usahay wa ko sunod sa advice akong dr. sa una; karon daghan akong health issue, daghan tambal na ko kay daghan man sakit.

    Sige kay nah, baha na dire sa imong blog, daghan ko storya uy, sabaan kaayo hehehe. Maayong gabii..muahhh
