Sardines

I cooked this yesterday. I need to eat a Filipino food because I got so hungry after the 3 days of not eating well. When I am sick, I only drink water and eat water melon, apples and strawberry. All the the rest of the food would make me feel puke. So, when I have my appetite back, I made an effort to cook my own food. We went to an Asian Store and bought this can of sardines. Easy to cook, no sweat at all. This is the result. It smells good and I use vegetable oil. I thought my hubby won't eat but, he ate half of this hehehe. He loves it.Yes, I always use big plate and I ate plain rice a lot...LOL! This plate is only the first plate, I have my second plate after. I need carbohydrates, it keeps me going!

Ams, i let my husband see these pictures and let him read what you wrote coz i am doing the same. I really miss the Filipino food and so sometimes I go to oriental market and buy sardines and sometimes yong misua. He don't like it specially the smell but I like it so much. It gave me a smile akala ko, ako lang ang ganon. Hehehehe

Believe it or not, i don't like sardines noong nasa pinas pa ako... pero ngayon isang sardinas kaya kung ubusin! kahit sardines and a squeeze of lemon plus salt and pepper, masaya na ako!
